The Panama City Beach Parks & Recreation Department will be hosting a FUN and COVID SAFE Halloween Event for our community.
We are putting together a drive-by "Trunk or Treat" on the Festival Site at Frank Brown Park. We are looking for groups and organizations in the community to help us host this event by setting up their own booth, car, or tent. Families will drive around the festival site and stop at each booth. Representatives of that group will approach the cars wearing a mask with pre-packaged goodie bags to give to the kids.

Requirements: All group participants must wear face coverings when approaching vehicles. Provide enough goodie bags or pre-packaged candy for up to 350 people. Must be set up by 5:30 p.m. at your assigned location which will be marked with your organization's name. Please stay for the entirety of the event. Tents no larger than 10x10. Practice social distancing at all times.
We also encourage organization members to participate in our group costume contest and to decorate your booth! Prizes will be provided for winners!!!
