Download, Print, and fill out the registration form by clicking the button above. Bring your form and make payment at Frank Brown Park Community Center, which is open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-6 p.m. We accept cash, check, or credit cards.
Once payment is made there are NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Late Registration (if teams are still needed after August 31): A $50.00 Late Fee will be applied making the total $650.00. Late registrants must talk to Lee Gilmore before registering.
Prices include a minimum of 12 games, end of season single elimination tournament, game balls, one umpire/one scorekeeper for each game and individual awards for first/second place teams for the end of the season tournament.
Each team in our league is allowed one practice per week for 1 ½ hours in duration, Monday-Friday, per field availability. Practices will begin once fees are paid through the last week of the season. Priority of practice days goes to those who pay first.
Team Names: “G” Rated Team Names Only. No Exceptions!
All Team uniforms must have numbers on the shirts.

Team Managers can pick up Schedules – Wednesday, 9/9/2020 at the Frank Brown Park Community Center Parks & Recreation Office.
Games Begin – The week of 9/14/2020
Playoffs – All Teams make the Playoffs – 10/26/2020-11/10/2020 (tentative dates)
Coed League Games – Tuesday nights - 6:30 p.m., 7:45 p.m. & 9 p.m.
Men’s League Games – Monday nights – 6:30 p.m., 7:45 p.m. & 9 p.m.

All games will be played at Frank Brown Park North Softball Fields
We Will Provide the Bats. No Exceptions!
Rules are governed by USSSA current year rule book and City of PCB Parks & Recreation rules & regulations.
USSSA Strike Zone will be used & pitching height is 3 feet to 10 feet. The L Screens will be used for 2020.
The Pitching distance is 53 feet and the length between bases is 70 feet.
Men’s Leagues: 15 player roster limit. Coed Leagues: 18 player roster limit.
Most weeks, each team will play 2 games per night.
Team rosters must be signed before playing in your first game. Rosters are available at the scorekeeper’s table. Please have all players print their name and signature as required.
For each game, one umpire & one scorekeeper will be provided. The 1 & 1 Count will be used to start each at bat.
Teams will play a double header one day per week. All teams will make the Playoffs!!
All players must read & sign the player contract/roster before playing in any games. Rosters are available at the Fields.
Game balls will be provided for both leagues. A Classic M Yellow for Men's and A Classic W Yellow for Women.
Home Team keeps the Game ball at the end of the game.
Bats will be provided for all leagues! If anyone uses an illegal bat, that player will be ejected from that game and suspended for the next 2 games.
No one under the age of 18 will be allowed to participate in the Men’s League. No one under the age of 16 will be allowed to participate in the Coed League. All participants under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian release waiver attached to the team roster before playing in any games.
Players may only play on one team in the coed league and one team in the men’s league. No Exceptions!
This is strictly a Recreational League Only!! Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated!!
